We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please note that some orders may take slightly longer during busy periods. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you informed.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually delivers within 2 working days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Free UK delivery on orders over £60
- Orders under £60 are subject to a standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout)
- Local delivery available for just £2.50 (Strabane and surrounding areas)
- Free local pickup from:

Delivery Areas
We currently ship across the UK and offer local delivery within the Strabane area. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.
